I went in expecting the usual account-page nightmare, but it was painless. Logging in was easy, my order history wasn’t hidden in some mysterious corner, and updating my details took almost no effort. I ordered a few games from Strictly Limited Games and, they do seem legit. The games looked authentic, the licensing felt official, and nothing about it gave me bootleg vibes. The packaging was decent too, so no real complaints there??
That said, I’m sticking with 3 stars because the info can be kind of confusing at times, and the waiting can really make you second-guess what’s going on. Like, is it shipping soon?? Is there an update I missed?? It’s probably a good option if you really care about physical releases, but the whole experience could definitely be smoother.

The return process felt way more difficult than it needed to be. The exchange rules were rigid, and once I realized I’d have to cover return shipping, it kind of felt like they were making it inconvenient on purpose. At that point, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

There’s a good mix of retro games, indies, and some more unusual titles that you don’t usually see getting physical releases. I really liked that it wasn’t just the same popular games you see everywhere else.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some kind of update after waiting for weeks. I’ve been patient, but at this point I’m still sitting here with no clear answer, and that’s frustrating. I get that delays happen, but customers shouldn’t have to keep chasing just to find out what’s going on.
